At FunkinFunny.com, we use trusted print-on-demand services to create and ship your custom t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel directly to you. This dropshipping model lets us offer a wide range of fun, unique designs without holding inventory. All orders are processed and fulfilled by our partners, ensuring high-quality printing and efficient delivery. Shipping times and costs depend on your location within the USA and the specific items in your order.
We ship exclusively to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, but excluding U.S. territories like Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands unless specified). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We do not offer free shipping at this time, but we aim to keep costs competitive.
Processing and Fulfillment Time
• Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. This includes printing your custom design on the apparel.
• During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or high demand, fulfillment may take up to 7 business days.
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If there’s an issue with your design or stock availability, we’ll notify you promptly via email.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after fulfillment is complete and do not include processing time. These are estimates only and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to weather or carrier issues. Total estimated arrival time is processing + delivery.
• United States: 3-5 business days (standard shipping). Express options may be available at checkout for 1-3 business days.
Shipping Rates
Rates are determined by our partners and passed on to you without markup. Examples for standard shipping on apparel (t-shirts or hoodies; rates may vary slightly by order size):
• United States: Starting at $4.75 for the first item, +$2.20-$2.40 for each additional item.
A temporary holiday surcharge of $0.40 may apply to U.S. orders during peak periods (typically October through January) to cover increased carrier costs. Express or priority shipping, if available, starts at $7.99 and up, depending on location.
Tracking and Order Updates
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information from us with a link to tracking via the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
• You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
• If your order is split across multiple fulfillment centers (e.g., due to product availability), it may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers. Additional shipping fees apply to split orders.
Potential Delays and Issues
• While we aim for timely delivery, factors like supply chain disruptions or natural disasters are beyond our control and may cause delays.

• Lost or damaged packages: Our partners handle claims for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. We’ll assist in filing a claim, but please report issues within 30 days of shipment.
